1-About Memepad

Memepad is the first IDO launchpad to focus exclusively on memecoins and other projects with low initial market capitalization.

The platform allows you to connect to the Binance Smart Chain network. Users can access the platform using Metamask, Trust Wallet and Wallet Connect wallets.

The MemePad platform has many similar features to other launch pads, but has been greatly simplified with the end user in mind, making it easy to stake, receive launch pad allocations, trade tokens and claim tokens

Many more features are coming soon as we continue our community-led efforts to make MemePad a launch pad leader in space.

According to our research, there is a Refund system, but we could not get any information about the conditions under which Refunds are made.

2-Stake and KYC Transactions

Users can first find the contract address of the $MEPAD Token on Coinmarketcap and then buy on the relevant DEX (Pancakeswap) or the relevant CEX (Gateio). You can check the full list here.
Stake Transaction (Phase 1)

After purchasing from the relevant DEX or CEX, you need to enter the Memepad site. At first, you need to have Mepad tokens and some BNB in your wallet.

Connect your wallet to https://memepad.co/dashboard/staking and complete the staking process by following the steps in the video below.
Joining the Pool

The "participation pool" is so named because it serves the purpose of tracking your staked MEPAD amount, which will be used to determine your maximum allocation size during the sale of any launch pad.

All of our participation in IDO Launchpads will be derived from the staked amounts in this single pool, which means that you can stake your MEPAD tokens as much as you want in this single pool and automatically register for each launchpad. on the MemePad platform.

You cannot unstake the MEPAD tokens you staked to participate in IDO until the date written on the pool.

MemePad works with a "Ticketing" system that makes it easy to understand the size of the allocation each staker can expect to receive in each sale.

The term "ticket" refers to a fixed-size allocation per tier. Here is an example:

1x Elon Ticket = 420.000 MEPAD

1x Chad Ticket = 69.000 MEPAD

1x Pleb Ticket = 10.000 MEPAD

User A stakes 500,000 MEPADs in the MemePad Staking Pool.

User B stakes 80,000 MEPAD in the MemePad Staking Pool.

User C stakes 30,000 MEPAD in the MemePad Staking Pool.

Now, in this example we will break the numbers to show the amount of "Tickets" each user will receive.

User A (500k staked) = 1x Elon ticket (420k), 1x Chad ticket (69k), 1x Pleb ticket (10k). 420+69+10 = 499. The total amount of stakes is 500k. 1k left, will not be applied to any ticket.

User B (80k staked) = No Elon ticket (420k), 1x Chad ticket (69k), 1x Pleb ticket (10k). 69+10 = 79. Total stake is 80k. 1k left, will not be applied to any ticket.

User C (30k staked) = No Elon ticket (420k), no Chad ticket (69k), 3x Pleb ticket (10k). 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 = 30. Total stake is 30k. 0 left.

Using the total amount of Elon tickets, chad tickets and pleb tickets will allow for easy calculation of allocation sizes.

For example, each Elon ticket represents a Buy allocation of 0.5 billion in a sale, while each Chad can get an allocation of 0.06 billion. Using these numbers, you can calculate your estimated allocation if you have 2x Elon tickets or 1x Elon and 1x Chad tickets. These numbers are for illustrative purposes only and allocation sizes vary by project.

Each ticket for the Plebeian tiers has a chance of being randomly selected. The amount of Plebs accepted depends on several factors. If you have been selected as a Pleb to be allocated, you will see this on the "View Project" page in the right sidebar on "My Liquidation".
KYC Verification (Identity Identification) (Stage 2)

KYC is only required if the project started on MemePad requests it.

In the future, there will be projects that require KYC from all participants. In this case, an announcement will be made well in advance for you to prepare your KYC information.

You do not need to do KYC (Identity Verification) for the time being. You only need to stake.

3-How Do I Join IDOs?

Connect your wallet with metamask or walletconnect. The supported chain is BSC, so please make sure you are on the right network.

Step 1: On IDO day, you go to the website https://memepad.co/dashboard/projects and hover over the project that will be pre-sold as below and buy the amount of tokens allocated to you with BNB. Below you can find a screenshot of the pre-sale that will take place on February 9, 2023. All details about the project are also available in the image below.

After the countdown for the project sale ends, the sale becomes "Live" instantly.

During this time, you can buy tokens for sale up to the maximum amount you have allocated.

There is no minimum purchase amount if you have an allocation, but there is a maximum (your allocation size).

To get started, press the "Buy" button on the right sidebar of the project page. Next, enter the amount of BNB you want to exchange for the presale token and press the "Exchange" button.
Step 2: After purchasing tokens, they will not be immediately available in your wallet. There is a short waiting period for MemePad sale participants to claim their tokens.

This is done to prevent any MemePad sale participant from listing the token on PancakeSwap before the token issuer or project managers have the ability to properly list the token with the correct liquidity.

The waiting time depends on each project and their circumstances, but typically 30 minutes to 1 hour after the sale on memePad is completed, the tokens will be available for claiming.

In the same sidebar where you exchange your BNB for tokens, there is a small "Claim" button below the box that will turn blue when ready to be claimed.
